Access problems to HEAL-Link’s electronic resources

We would like to inform you that the license agreements for the years 2013-2015 for the following publishers have not been signed yet due to the delay of the Ministry of Development to approve the budget of the Public Investment Program. As a consequence the following publishers have not received payment for the years 2013-2014:

  • ACM
  • American Chemical Society
  • American Physical Society
  • Cambridge University Press
  • Emerald
  • IEEE
  • Institute of Physics
  • Kluwer Law
  • Oxford University Press
  • TLG
  • Wilson

Moreover for the following publishers, whose agreements for the years 2013-2015 have been signed on 28-12-2013, received only 50% of the 2013 payment (the portion of the participation of the NSRF) thus leaving an outstanding balance, which should be covered by funds of the Public Investment Program:

  • American Psychological Association
  • American Institute of Physics
  • Elsevier
  • Lippincott Wliliams and Wilkins
  • Project Muse
  • Sage
  • Springer
  • Taylor and Francis
  • Wiley

Due to these issues our users might experience access problems to various publishers’ journals, which will multiply if the budget of the Public Investment Program for 2014 is not approved as soon as possible.
