Upcoming suspension of OA publishing in OUP
On behalf of HEAL-Link, we would like to inform you that the service covering the cost of Open Access (OA) publishing with Oxford University Press is expected to be suspended until the end of July, due to delays in the signing process of the 2025 annual agreement. The service is expected to be restored by the end of September.
During the suspension period, authors who wish to publish OA in hybrid journals have the option to publish under the subscription model. Once the 2025 agreement is signed (anticipated around mid-September), these articles can be retroactively converted to Open Access.
