NSRF Funding 2007-2013

We are pleased to announce to the members of the academic community that the Ministry of Education, through the New Operational Program «Education and Lifelong Learning» under the NSRF 2007-2013, decided to finance the operations of Hellenic Academic Libraries Link for the period 2009 -2011. The Ministry also pledged to finance institutional proposals for innovative actions to support research work of Universities and Technical Educational Institutes, to which the corresponding Institution Libraries may be included.

HEAL-Link welcomes this, but is still on standby until the issue of contractual IT Professionals and librarians is resolved as promised (eight months contracts).
