HEAL-Link’s budget for 2016

We are pleased to inform you that HEAL-Link’s budget for 2016 is approved and HEAL-Link is going to sign 3-year agreements with the publishers. Also, HEAL-Link has settled all the financial issues with all the publishers for the years 2013-2015. We remind you that access has been restored to all the publishers (except ACS, APS, IEEE) and, at the request of HEAL-Link, publishers will extend access until 31st March 2016. Since 2015, there is no active agreement for American Chemical Society, American Physical Society and IEEE, so we do not have access to their content.
